The next First Thursday at the WILD Center will be October 4th. Depending upon ‘ol man winter, this may be the last opportunity we will have to get together. There are a few weeds to pull yet, some plugs to put in and mulch to be spread. So please plant to participate and help us get the gardens squared away for the winter season.
Although volunteers can come anytime during the day or evening, plan to stop by 4PM with gloves and a dish to pass for our evening meal. Wild Ones will provide the fixin’s for sandwiches. Plan to come and not only work in the gardens, but also to have a good time networking with other native plant enthusiasts while you’re at it. Address is 2285 Buttes des Morts Beach Rd in Neenah.
