John Hippensteel of Lake Michigan Wind and Sun continues to decorate with solar panels in flower-shaped arrays, like these feeding electricity into the Sturgeon Bay fire station. The Sturgeon Bay Utility installed them as part of the renewable energy program of Wisconsin Public Power, Inc. (WPPI).
