Sustainable Green Bay gets new chairman

From a media release issued by Green Bay mayor:

Mayor Jim Schmitt announced today that former Bay Towel Inc. CEO and past Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Chair Paul Linzmeyer will formally replace Gary Delveaux of WPS and Ian Griffiths of Berners-Schober Architects as chair of the Mayor’s Sustainable Greater Green Bay (SGGB) Committee, beginning with tomorrow’s taskforce meeting. Linzmeyer currently serves as Sustainability Chair for the 18 county NEW North economic development organization, and returned to Wisconsin as President of the Green Bay-based Bay Towel, Inc. from 1994 through 2007 after successfully leading and transforming companies in San Francisco, Chicago and Denver. Delveaux and Griffiths had previously announced their intention to bring a transition to new leadership and will continue their active membership on the committee.
